Impose a CO₂ levy on imports from countries with weak environmental standards. Switzerland adopts the EU CBAM in full. Industrialists, elites, patriarchal clans and extended families from countries such as China, the USA and India are jointly liable, together with their holdings in the EU and Switzerland (hotels, real estate, company shares), via a CO₂ indulgence tax. Revenue flows to the EU-CH area for climate protection.
